Lemon Blueberry Muffins

One of the best aspects of these lemony, tasty, sweet, and healthy muffins is the fact they are super fast to make. I signed up to bring them to a small dinner party and the first batch I batched completely because I forgot the baking soda and looked at the clock and had 40 minutes till the event. And I was able to make them in 35 minutes and was able to serve warm lemony muffins to the people I care about.
