I love my family and love when they visit but with their arrival also arrives the spare pound that I just lost and worked to keep off. As much as their beautiful faces light up my world I also wont to squish them when I step on the scale. One of the best aspects of these lemony, tasty, sweet, and healthy muffins is the fact they are super fast to make. I signed up to bring them to a small dinner party and the first batch I batched completely because I forgot the baking soda and looked at the clock and had 40 minutes till the event. And I was able to make them in 35 minutes and was able to serve warm lemony muffins to the people I care about.
